Standard 2-year Warranty
Each Sim-Tech Driving Simulator comes with a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty. We are the manufacturer, and we cover everything in this 2-year warranty other than negligence. Our standard 2-year warranty covers the following areas of your driving simulator – regardless of the Model or Series.
Includes
- All cab components and electronics
- All system cameras and recording devices
- All Screens with operating time up to 14,000 hours
- Steering, braking, and driveline components
- Shifting Components
- Software updates for efficiency and longevity
Maintenance Contract
For clients who plan to use Sim-Tech Driving Simulators as a part of their daily operations at their locations across the USA, we offer a comprehensive maintenance contract to include everything in the standard 2-year warranty. We are able to accommodate any request to support the long-term success and use of your Sim-Tech Driving Simulator. Wether that means 15 years or more, we’ll have you covered at a locked-in rate.
